Return Policy :

At Essensia, we take great care in crafting our exquisite and high-quality perfumes, and we stand behind the quality of our products to uplift our customer's shopping experience. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

 

For any mishap after delivery, the customer needs to contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

 

In case of damaged product delivery (missing item/leakage) we will initiate an exchange after the product is verified.

 

Refund Policy :

Essensia Products are not refundable due to the nature of the product.

Essensia doesn't claim any responsibility for damaged products and all sales are made final.

An unboxing video is mandatory in case of any mishap which includes damaged products / missing items / leaked bottles.

 An exchange will be initiated for the same order.
